Over 30 years of experience in various business and HR, 14 years in Motorola and 13+ years in Shell. I have worked in various business scenarios, models and did global, regional and country roles. I have also been an unsuccessful entrepreneur in 1992-93. Helping align business models with people strategy , creating solutions to hire, engage and develop people is one of the areas I can contribute. Ideation, giving back and helping new generation leaders and talent is a driver for me.
