Chandra is the Major Project Development and Strategic Studies Manager at Shell Bukom manufacturing site in Singapore. He has more than 28 years of Downstream Oil and Gas (mainly Refinery and Petrochemical) experience. His expertise spans from operations, technical services and consultations, to strategic and master planning. He has worked in many refineries in the Asia Pacific region throughout his career. Chandra is a chemical engineer by training and has a passion for sustainable technologies.
