I'm a lifelong learner with 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, and strategy across North America, Europe, China, and Asia Pacific. My current role is about solving complex challenges posed by Shell’s executive committee by translating high level intent into actionable strategy for Shell’s businesses across the group. Specializing in decarbonization and change management topics such as growing low carbon fuels businesses (biofuels, hydrogen, synthetic fuels), sectoral decarbonization pathways (aviation, road, marine, and industry), and new venture set up. My experience as a business mentor for Forward Incubator (NL based, refugee focused clean tech start-ups) was an amazing learning experience and motivated me to join the Shell Start Up engine!
