About Amit:
I am working as Process Integrator at Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd (Pulau Bukom) in the Enhanced Problem Solving Team focusing on solving long-term and/or high-impact reliability threats for Integrated Utilities & Energy complex of the site. I have been in Shell for over 7 year. Prior to the current position in Singapore, I have worked as Utilities, Energy & CO2/GHG Engineer and Project Development Technologist supporting various assets in Asia-Pacific. I have worked in multiple segments of Shell business such as Downstream, Integrated Gas and Upstream ranging from Capital Projects concept development to novel Technology R&D. I hold Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India with my thesis project focusing on chemical kinetics of biomass pyrolysis (Bio-Energy).
